These terms describe the agreement between you and OiAmor when you create an account or use the service. They are written as a starting draft: the structure below is real, but every section must be completed and approved by qualified counsel before OiAmor launches.

1. Eligibility (18+)

OiAmor is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you confirm this during sign-up. You also agree to keep only one account, to provide accurate information about yourself, and not to create an account on someone else's behalf.

2. Acceptable use

OiAmor exists so real people can meet with real intention. When you use the service you agree not to:

Reports of these behaviors are reviewed by human moderators, and violations can lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent termination.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

The core of OiAmor is free. Optional Premium plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment processor (Stripe); OiAmor never sees or stores your card number. Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund terms — including any statutory cooling-off rights in your country — are a placeholder here and must be defined with counsel before launch.

4. Your content

Your photos, prompts, and messages belong to you. By posting them you give OiAmor the limited license needed to host and display that content inside the service — for example, showing your profile to potential matches. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, and photo verification may be required to keep certain features.

5. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, put other members at risk, or abuse the service — with notice where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disputes and limitations of liability) will survive.

6. Disputes & governing law

This section is an intentional placeholder. Governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration or mediation clauses, and class-action language differ by market — especially between Brazil, the United States, and the EU — and must be drafted by counsel for each launch region.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address published on this site before launch (placeholder: legal@oiamor.example). This address must be replaced with a monitored legal contact before the terms go live.
